November the 4th, 2018, Rome –  Fr Fabio Baggio C.s., Undersecretary of the Migrants and Refugees Section of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development, met in Rome the Philippine Chaplaincy.

How can we welcome, protect, promote and integrate migrants and refugees, as pope Francis is asking us? What are the 20 Action Points for the Global Compacts, and what can we do? These, among others, were the themes of the meeting.
