Welcoming Christ in refugees and forcibly displaced persons is a response to the needs of refugees and forcibly displaced persons. These are pastoral guidelines for the Pastors of the Church, those Catholic organizations involved in the various programs of assistance and support for refugees and forcibly displaced persons, all the faithful, and all men and women of good will who are open to listen to the voice of the Church.
